CTP expands its cooperation with FRÄNKISCHE Romania in CTPark Turda reaching a total of over 10,000 m²

CTP and the German producer of pipes, shafts and system components made of plastic and metal Fränkische, expands their collaboration in CTPark Turda exceeding 10,000 m² of logistics spaces. This surface was reached after the construction of a new building of circa 7,000 m², as an expansion of the one the German company already occupies since 2015.

The new building will be used for both storage and production activities. The building’s construction started on May 2017 and was finalized in February 2018. The new facility has been developed at the highest standards in terms of energy efficiency and innovative systems used.

Fränkische Romania, part of the German group FRÄNKISCHE, is a tenant of CTPark Turda since 2015 when they leased a logistics facility of about 3,400 m² used for production and storage activities.

“The renewal and expansion of the partnerships we have with our existing clients are always a reason of satisfaction because it shows that we have fulfilled our role properly. CTP offers premium services in all the parks across the country and I believe this building we have recently developed in Turda is another proof of that. We want to increase the number and quality of the facilities we offer to our customers at all times. The expansion we have built for Fränkische Romania includes storage and production facilities designed to meet their needs, as well as office spaces, so that our tenant’s employees can benefit from the best working conditions”, stated Mr. Călin Cioban, Property Manager of CTP Romania, for Transylvania region.

“We decided to expand our spaces due to the growth of our business in the region and I consider this new expansion is an asset in increasing Fränkische Romania’s turnover by lowering the delivery time and increasing flexibility. We have been working very well with CTP for almost three years now, and I am sure this is a new stage of a long term partnership”, added Mr. Paul Cioban, Plant Manager of Fränkische Romania’s facility in Turda.
